1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365ach ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 365ach website located at 365ach.net and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, and slot machine titles.

By creating a 365ach account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 365ach platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 365ach. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

365ach operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. We apply SSL encryption, fair-play certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, and established data-protection practices. We do not represent or warrant that the use of this platform is legal in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you before registering an account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on 365ach, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 365ach strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Gambling is intended for adults only.
• You must be a real, natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a current self-exclusion arrangement in place with 365ach.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of 365ach or any of its affiliated game providers, where participation in real-money gaming may represent a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 365ach reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility conditions are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on 365ach, you must create a single, personal account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 365ach platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, and bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact our support team at [email protected] immediately to resolve the situation.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to player safety and platform integrity, 365ach operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being withheld until verification is concluded. 365ach reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation periodically.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 365ach will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

365ach accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) through the following payment channels:

Supported banks for direct transfer include BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is not registered in the name of the 365ach account holder — are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 365ach balance within minutes of a successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect, depending on interbank processing times. 365ach does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 365ach bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within two to six hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for standard requests during operating hours, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume, national holidays, or where additional verification is required. 365ach reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, bonuses, and transaction values on 365ach are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No other currencies are supported. No currency conversion is applied by 365ach.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

365ach offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, verified their account.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 365ach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonus funds already credited and validly accepted.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without notice.

5.2 Prohibited Bonus Conduct

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through linked accounts or shared devices.
• Using low-risk or mathematically balanced betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Providing inaccurate personal information to circumvent eligibility restrictions on a promotion.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 365ach reserves the right to void the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on the 365ach platform, you agree to use the service in good faith and in compliance with all applicable rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent closure:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the lobby, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate unfair advantages. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Charging back or reversing any payment made to 365ach through your payment provider or bank, except where 365ach has expressly authorised such a reversal.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365ach staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to the back-end systems of 365ach.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 365ach platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, marketing materials, and promotional assets — is the intellectual property of 365ach or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 365ach platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the 365ach platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 365ach. Game content (including slot titles, live casino streams, and crash game interfaces) is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All third-party intellectual property rights are retained by their respective owners.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 365ach account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Once an account is closed, you may not re-register without prior written approval from 365ach.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 365ach

365ach reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your financial institution.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account is associated with a self-excluded player.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by 365ach due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. In all other circumstances, verified balances will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gaming behaviour has become problematic may request a self-exclusion period — ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion — by contacting support. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365ach, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gaming activities on the platform, including losses resulting from bets, wagers, or tournament entries.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by technical failures, server downtime, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in game results caused by software errors, provided that confirmed errors are corrected in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the 365ach platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

365ach reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as the revised Terms are published on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 365ach platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.1.
